Hey there! I'm Amy Anderson, the heart and soul behind Vibrant Vibe, your go-to destination for all things patterned, beautiful and wall-worthy.
For the past nine years, I've been immersed in the wallpaper world. Six of those years were spent learning the art of the trade from the incredible Heidi Wright Mead, a certified paperhanger extraordinaire. Working side by side with Heidi, I dove headfirst into the mesmerizing universe of wallcovering, turning every project into a hands-on adventure.
With a canvas painted by a background in art and fashion, I bring a keen eye for patterns, a love for colors, and an obsession with details to every project.
My work isn't just a job; it's a passion. As a member and contributor within The Wallcovering Installers Association I continue to educate myself on new professional practices within the wallcovering industry. In 2023 I was a part of the WIA convention committee and a presenter. As an international organization the WIA convention is where installers around the globe come to network and learn. I am also an associate member of Artistic License, a guild of skilled professional artisans who are dedicated to historic architectural restoration and newly-interpreted period design. As a member of these organizations I am dedicated to continued growth along with educating folks who are new to the craft. I am a licensed California contractor who is bonded and insured and I love collaborating with homeowners, designers and builders!
My installations have been featured in Architectural Digest and at SFMOMA. If you’re a beer aficionado you can also see my work at Almanac Beer Co. My most proud accomplishment as installer was being involved in the recreation of the two Twin Dining Rooms at The Winchester Mystery House.
